RAP Calendar of Events

Use the Outlook button above for the cleanest setup. It opens Outlook Online with the calendar name and subscribe link already filled in.

1. Click Add to Outlook.
2. Sign in to Outlook if asked.
3. Confirm the calendar name: L1 - Launch Incubator.
4. Click Import or Subscribe.

If that button does not work for your Microsoft account, use Add calendar → Subscribe from web and paste this link:

Outlook note: after subscribing in Outlook Online, the desktop app can take time to show the new calendar. If you need the calls to appear immediately, use the Outlook Online import fallback below.

Upload the calendar file in Outlook Online

This is a one-time import for Outlook Online. Use this if the subscription works online but the desktop app is slow to show the calendar.

1. Download the file below.
2. Open Outlook Calendar online.
3. Go to Add calendar, then Upload from file.
4. Choose the downloaded file and add it as L1 - Launch Incubator.

Important: Upload from file is available in Outlook Online, not inside the Outlook desktop app. This import will not auto-update. The subscribed calendar links above are the live-updating version.
